It seems that every wedding and portrait photographer on the web will tell you that photography is and always has been their passion. It’s mine too but if I’m the 700th person to say it, it kind of sounds a bit trite.

So, I don’t know if it’s my passion or not, all I know is that when I’m taking photographs I’m completely and utterly at home – I love, love LOVE it! Capturing memories, expressions and moments in time is just the best way to spend my day.

My real energy for photography came several years ago when I was challenged to make a photographic diary of my year – taking a photo every day and cataloguing it as part of an online forum. I quickly found that people pictures were my thing and the business followed soon after.


I’m an expat Scot, living in Cheshire with my husband Andrew and our two children Courtney, 11 and Megan, 6. I work throughout Cheshire and the North West and yes, just in case you’re wondering, if you’re planning your wedding in the Maldives then I’m happy to tag along!
